Shipping policy

Due to the size and weight of some orders, we may choose to ship with either a courier or Canada Post. For this reason, please provide both a STREET ADDRESS and BOX NUMBER, along with a PHONE NUMBER. Orders without all required information may be cancelled. Thank you! 

Due to unprecedented demand and supply chain constraints at Polaris, please allow up to 7 business days for orders to be processed. Depending on inventory levels your order may ship sooner.

We do our best to provide the lowest shipping rates possible. If your order includes an over sized product or you are in a remote location where the price of shipping would change, you will be contacted before your order is processed.

Paneling or plastic pieces could take up to an additional 8 days for shipping due to where the distributors are located.

Please note that some batteries do not ship with the required acid in the package. The acid may need to be sourced locally in order for the battery to be usable. Feel free to call us to confirm this when ordering.
